MORTISE ENTRY SETS
Classic style entry sets now available in a mortise lock body application.
Emtek’s heavy duty mortise lock boxes include:
- UL Listed mortise door prep ANSI A115.1
- 180 minute fire rating
- Deadlocking latch bolt
- Forged deadbolts with anti-saw inserts
- Anti-pick security latches
- Anti-friction triggers
- Stop and release buttons in the F20 function option
- Function (F13 or F20), backset length and handing are required on all mortise lock orders

F13 Mortise
- Operates as a standard keyed lock
- Key outside operates both bolts
- Inside lever retracts latch and deadbolt simultaneously

Dummy
- Dummy sets have no latch and require no bore hole
- Surface mounted to the door
- Often used in conjunction with a passage or privacy set for double or french doors
- Acts as a jamb, with a strikeplate for the other door's latch to fit into

F20 Mortise
- Key outside operates both bolts
- Inside lever retracts latch and deadbolt simultaneously
- Always locked from the outside
- Includes a mechanism to temporarily override the outside lock
- Activated by pressing the release button on the latch plate
- To cancel, use the stop button or project the deadboltUL180 minute fire rating
